We accept cash, cheque, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and debit cards. You should come prepared to settle your account after each visit.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment and bring the following:
Doctor’s referral (if you have one)
Personal Health Care Card Number
ICBC: Bring your claim number and adjuster’s name
WorkSafeBC: Bring your claim number
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely during your session. If your area of concern is the lower body, shorts are ideal. For upper body treatments, a tank top or loose-fitting top is recommended to allow easy access.
You do not need a doctor’s referral. However, some extended health plans may require one for coverage, so we recommend checking with your provider.
We are pleased to offer direct billing with most insurance companies and providers. Please call us if you’d like to confirm coverage.
Please note that all treatment fees are the responsibility of the client. If direct billing is not available through your extended health plan, we will provide you with a receipt to submit for reimbursement.
Yes! We accept all ICBC and WorksafeBC claims with a valid claim number.
There is partial coverage for those who qualify for MSP Premium Assistance. Please inquire with our staff for more information.
Please give us at least 24 hours in advance notice for cancellation of appointments. Otherwise, a service charge equivalent to the missed session fee will be applied.
Yes, free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in our building’s garage. To access the garage, please buzz in at 4238 and our team will let you in. The entrance is located to the left of Joy Sushi, in the OMA 2 building. Alternatively, paid street parking is also available directly in front of the building.
